Thank you message to the retiring Kent Golf Directors

We would like to express sincere gratitude for the many years of loyal service to county golf to those Directors who retired at the Kent Golf AGM held on Thursday 4th September 2025 at Sittingbourne & Milton Regis GC:
Marilyn Brown - President (Mid Kent)
Danny Curtis (Knole Park)
Steve Armstrong (Mid Kent)
Angela Jones (Canterbury)
Lee Dyson - Finance Director
Whilst Marilyn and Angela retire as Directors, they will remain very much involved in county golf, given their roles as Committee Members, Rules Officials, and Course Raters.
We would also like to thank Chris Reynolds (Littlestone) and Tony Adams (Prince's), who remain President and County Captain respectively for another year, but are no longer Directors of Kent Golf due to the changes to the Articles of Association of the Company. Thank you for all you have done throughout your two years serving on the Board, your hard work has been so appreciated by us all. Tony will now take over as Chair of the Player Development Committee, and we wish him well in this new role.
Alan Austin is the newly appointed Chair of Kent Golf, as well as continuing in his role as Director of Championships.
