Many of our staff and volunteers are women, we run beginner women's golf academies, golf events, and workshops, we are signed up to the Women in Golf Charter, and encourage golf clubs in Kent to do so too. We are committed to developing a more inclusive culture within golf and enabling more women and girls to flourish and maximise their potential at all levels of the sport.
