CPSU Resources for parents, guardians, coaches, and sports clubs/organisations/physical activity providers
Safeguarding children and young people is a very important part of any sport. We encourage all parents, guardians, coaches, and sports clubs/organisations/physical activity providers to learn about the measures you can take to protect them.
A great place to start is the Help & Advice page on the CPSU website.
They also have a page dedicated to Parents only.
Kent Golf Safeguarding
Our goal is to create and nurture strong communication, collective vigilance, and a commitment to the well-being of every child and young person within the sport, physical activity, and movement, aiming to build a community where young golfers feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive in their sporting journeys.
Our two Safeguarding Officers Barbara Burns and Adrian Cole are available to discuss any welfare issues and answer any questions you may have about the Safeguarding at Kent Golf.
