Men's 1st Team v Surrey match report

On Sunday, the Men's 1st Team had their final match of the 2024 season, away to Surrey at Purley Downs GC.
The course was fantastic, Surrey were great hosts as ever; but unfortunately, we lost 3-9.
Kent had two debutants, Tommy Lamb (Littlestone) and Luke Jenkins (Rochester & Cobham Park). Both players earned at least half a point.
The match was played in a fantastic spirit; whilst we were bitterly disappointed to lose, it was a fantastic match against a very competitive Surrey side.
We look forward to welcoming Surrey for the return fixture next year, hopefully to exact some revenge!
