Well done to Danny Holmes (Rochester & Cobham Park), who got through to the semifinals of the English Senior Men's Amateur Championship at Brancepeth Castle.
Danny won 4&3 in the quarterfinals, but sadly it wasn't meant to be for Danny this year. In the semifinals, he was 5 down after 10 holes but took the match to the 18th hole losing by 1 hole. A great performance.
