ELIGIBILITY

• GENDER: Female
• HI: Maximum handicap index of 18.4 on closing date of entry
• AGE: Open to all Women and Junior Girls

ENTRY FEE: £70 incl a meal

CLOSING DATE: 5 July 2026 at 17:00. Late entries will not be accepted but may be added to a reserve list. Refunds WILL NOT be issued after the closing date

OTHER INFORMATION: 

• Players must be a member of a Kent Club which is their 'home' club
• Caddies are permitted however Golf Professionals are not allowed
• Champion to represent the County in the England Golf 'Champion of Champions' National competition on 5-6 September 2026 at Woodhall Spa
• Please note from 2026 the winners of the County Team Shield will go forward to represent Kent in the England Golf Champion Club Event at Felixstowe Ferry on 28-29 August 2026
• If juniors wish to enter, the parent/guardian must have completed an Annual Junior Player Profile Form and Code of Conduct for Young Golfers, without which the entry cannot be accepted

• General Play Cards - 

In order to enter the KENT GOLF WOMEN'S AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP an entrant must be:

In possession of an individual up-to-date Handicap Index® not exceeding 18.4 under the World Handicapping System™.

An entry may be refused if, in the opinion of the Championship Committee, a players Handicap Index is not reflective of their playing ability. This decision may be based on but is not limited to:

(a) a handicap record (most recent 20 scores) that contains more than 4 (four) General Play scores,

(b) a handicap record (most recent 20 scores) that contains less than 4 (four) Competition Scores, or

(c) an incomplete handicap record where fewer than 20 scores have been returned.

KENT GOLF reserves the right to contact the Club Handicap Committee to highlight the returning of General Play scores.

PRIZES: Gross and handicap prizes will be awarded to competitors in 1st, 2nd and 3rd places
