FORMAT: 36 holes of stroke play over 2 days

ENTRY CRITERIA

• GENDER: Female
• HI: Maximum of 24.4 at closing date of entry
• AGE: 50 years and over on the start date of the competition

PRIZES:

• The Champion will be the player who returns the lowest gross aggregate score over 36 holes
• A trophy will also be awarded to the Senior Strokeplay Handicap Champion who returns the best Nett score over 36 holes
• Prizes will be awarded for best Gross and Nett scores within different age categories 50-59 years, 60-69 years and 70 years and above. 

ENTRY FEE: £65 to include a meal on Day 2

CLOSING DATE: 30 June 2025 at 17:00. Late entries will not be accepted but may be added to a reserve list. Refunds WILL NOT be issued after the closing date

OTHER INFORMATION

• Champion to represent the County in the England Golf 'Champion of Champions' National competition on 6-7 September 2025 at Woodhall Spa
• Player's Home Club must be affiliated to Kent Golf
• Tee Times on Day 1 in handicap order and on Day 2 in reverse order from Day 1 scores
• Caddies are permitted however qualified Golf Professionals are not allowed
• The Championship Committee reserve the right to cancel/reschedule this event if entry levels do not make this competition viable

• General Play Cards - 

In order to enter the KENT GOLF SENIOR WOMEN'S STROKEPLAY CHAMPIONSHIP an entrant must be:

In possession of an individual up-to-date Handicap Index® not exceeding 24.4 under the World Handicapping System™.

An entry may be refused if, in the opinion of the Championship Committee, a players Handicap Index is not reflective of their playing ability. This decision may be based on but is not limited to:

(a) a handicap record (most recent 20 scores) that contains more than 4 (four) General Play scores,

(b) a handicap record (most recent 20 scores) that contains less than 4 (four) Competition Scores, or

(c) an incomplete handicap record where fewer than 20 scores have been returned.

KENT GOLF reserves the right to contact the Club Handicap Committee to highlight the returning of General Play scores.
