1.HANDICAP Handicap adjustments based on gender and tees will be in accordance with Rules of Handicapping and WHS Mixed Tee Calculator applicable in England and Wales.

2.ELIGIBILITY Competitors must be under 18 years of age on 1st January of the year of the competition and must be a member of a Club affiliated (and up to date with the payment of affiliation fees) to Kent Golf Limited and in possession of a current WHS Handicap Index. The Kent club must be the player's HOME CLUB.

3. ENTRY Entries will be limited to 48 players and if necessary, a ballot will be done on handicap.

4. CADDIES Caddies are not allowed.
