<p>1. Eligible Clubs: All Clubs affiliated to KENT GOLF LIMITED which are up to date with affiliation fee payments may enter one team. 2. Eligible Players: Any amateur Male Member aged 53 years and over on the day of a match of an Eligible Club. No player may represent more than one Club in a Calendar Year. Players in the Team may be changed between rounds. Caddies are not allowed in this competition until the final. Refer to Kent Golf General Competition Conditions for further information. 3. The Match: Two pairs from each Club (pairs "A' and "B') will play Foursomes Match Play, off Scratch, over 18 holes. Each game being over the full 18 holes. The winning Club will be the team, which is the most holes up from the aggregate of the two pairs at the end of the round. The pair from each club that tees-off first at the first hole played shall be deemed to be Pair "˜A'. If a tie is in aggregate "all square' after 18 holes, pair "B' shall play "sudden death" to determine the result. Each match shall be on a single match basis i.e. not "home" and "away" The Kent Golf General Competition Conditions shall apply. 4. Conceding Game: If during the play of a game a player is unable to continue due to illness, injury or any other reason, his pair will concede the remaining holes to their Opponents i.e. all square with 4 holes to play will produce a 4 down game result. Similarly, if a match is all square after both pairs have played 18 holes, and pair "B' cannot continue into "sudden death", the Match will be conceded to the Opponents. 5. Draw Arrangements: The obligations as regards making contact and offering dates to play is set out in the Kent Golf General Competition Conditions. 6. The Winning Club is to inform the office, by email office@kentgolf.co.uk as soon as possible after the match. Please ensure full details of the Team Contact for the season are supplied on the Entry Form. All Rounds of the Competition are to be played by, or on, the date specified in the Draw Sheet. Total inability to do so is to be discussed with the Golf Manager. 7. Once play has begun, if the match then has to be abandoned due to course closure, and no further play can take place on the day, the result should be determined by the state of the matches when play was suspended, providing a minimum of 9 holes have been completed by each match. If a minimum of 9 holes have not been completed, the 2 team captains should arrange another date, within the time allowed and start the match afresh. 8. Disputes: Any disputes shall be referred immediately after the Match, via the Golf Manager golfmanager@kentgolf.co.uk, to the Kent Golf Championship Committee - their decision shall be final.</p>
