These Rules apply to each of the Futures' events 1. Eligibility: Players must have a minimum Handicap Index of 12.5 and above. Players without a Handicap Index are also eligible to enter and will be able to use their cards for the purpose of gaining a Handicap Index. 2. Ballot: If the competition is over-subscribed, there will be a ballot in reverse handicap order, i.e. players without a Handicap Index and higher Handicaps have priority. 3. Caddies: Players under 12 years old may have a caddy. Players without a Handicap Index may also have a caddy. Spectators may watch players from a reasonable distance but should not interfere with play. 4. The Competition: The Kent Golf General Competition Conditions shall apply. The Competition will be Stableford Stroke Play played off tees specified by the Championship Committee over 18 holes for players with a Handicap Index. For players who do not have a Handicap Index, the number of holes played may be reduced at the discretion of the Golf Manager. 5. Results: If there is a tie at any level, the result will be decided by count-back 6. Prizes: will be awarded according to the entry level at each event. No competitor may win more than one prize.
